Polymer shutters are impervious to humidity and moisture, extremely stable, offer fantastic insulation properties, fire retardant and have aluminium reinforced stiles and blades. MYT uses their own inhouse polymer formula and aluminium core designs making these shutters the most dimensionally stable polymer shutters in the world.
Polymer (or PVC) Plantation Shutters are all painted with a non-toxic water based UV stabilised paint. This specially formulated paint finish aids in protecting the shutters from direct sunlight.
